Privacy
What is collected, why, and who else sees it. The short version: an email address, and the tickers you ask to be told about. Nothing else.

What is not collected
No advertising or tracking cookies. No third-party analytics beyond the cookieless counter above. No profiles, no cross-site tracking, no data brokers. Your theme preference is stored in your own browser and never sent anywhere. Your data is never sold or rented, and never shared for anyone else's marketing.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare — hosting, and the cookieless page counter.
- Stripe — payments. Stripe holds your card details under its own privacy policy; this site receives only your email, whether the subscription is active, and when it renews.
- Resend — sends the email. It handles your address for delivery.
Beyond those three, your details go nowhere.
How long it is kept
Your email and watchlist are kept while you are subscribed and for 30 days after you cancel or unsubscribe, then deleted. Stripe keeps payment records for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Your choices
Every email has a one-click unsubscribe. You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to [email protected] — no particular form of words needed, and no charge. Requests are answered within 30 days. If you are in the EU, UK or California, the rights your law gives you apply here regardless of where the site is run from.
Children
This is not for anyone under 18 and is not directed at children.
Security, honestly stated
Traffic is encrypted, card details never touch this site, and the data held is deliberately small — an email address and a list of tickers. No system is perfectly secure. If there is a breach affecting your data you will be told promptly.
Changes
Material changes to this policy are emailed to subscribers before they take effect.
